High-definition touch panel display at every seat. This system was based on the use of fiber optic communication (Replacing a cabin of heavy copper wire) between each seat and the server reducing weight significantly. The servers maintained over 100 high-definition movies, in addition to news, games, shopping and music. Each seat could watch a different movie in high-definition. The touch panel display also integrated a credit card swipe for purchasing movies, shopping online, drinks and food.
The initial chassis was sheet metal while the seat bezel and front panel bezel were pressure formed plastics. This was later redesign to injection molded plastics.
